Juntas, Hikari Kohinata y Futaba Ooki han encontrado la felicidad en su vida cotidiana. Hikari nació y creció en un pequeño pueblo cerca del mar en Izu, mientras que Futaba se mudó allí desde Tokio, pero estos dos polos opuestos se conocieron en Yumegaoka High e instantáneamente se atrajeron.
