Inaba Rika, cuyo sueño de infancia era convertirse en reportera de noticias, es en cambio directora de un programa informativo de televisión. En un momento dado, fue reportera; sin embargo, su carrera se vio truncada después de que sus ambiciosos hábitos para obtener y dar noticias irritaran a demasiada gente. Sorai Daisuke es un antiguo piloto de caza, que estuvo muy cerca de alcanzar su sueño de ser piloto del escuadrón de vuelo 'Blue Impulse'. Desgraciadamente, su implicación en un accidente hace que sea reasignado a la oficina de relaciones públicas. Esta es la historia de dos personas que tienen que enfrentarse a la ruptura de sus sueños.
