Andy tiene 24 años, trabaja como vendedor en una tienda de camas de agua, pero en realidad quiere dibujar tebeos; todo cambia para él cuando su hermano menor, Kevin, se muda a su mismo piso. Dado que ambos son muy distintos entre sí, chocan constantemente. Junto a ellos desfilan una galería de personajes muy interesantes, como un par de vecinos homosexuales de la tercera edad y un pintor de escaso talento, que vive junto a su esposa y su bebé.
